ASML is a world's leader in semiconductor industry and provides semiconductor manufacturing companies with lithography machines, software and service. The lithography machines must be calibrated afer manufacturing from the factory and prodcution from the customer side, so the machines can be operated in the scale of nano-meter precision.
My job is to provide optimal software solution for the Calibration Performance and Diagnosis tool. I deployed the software for the first generation of the high-NA EUV system. Besides, I maintained the software of low-NA EUV system used by Intel, TSMC and Samsung.
Education Experience
I wanted to start my career as a software engineer and worked in big-tech companies, so I moved to Netherlands and studied in TU Delft. I chosed the track of Data Science to further improve my knowledge in machine learning.
I established the first deep learning approach to predict the human joint angle, body shape, and musculoskeletal model by Python and PyTorch in my master thesis.

I continued my study on biomedical engineering and focused more on machine learing. I brought the knowledge to my master thesis and developed automatic breast cancer classification for mammography with convolutional neural network, transfer learning, and racially diverse datasets.
In the end, I constructed a deep learning pipeline for breast cancer classification 14.3% more accurate than experts by cooperating with National Cheng Kung University Hospital.
I was interested in life science and physics during the high school, so I chose the major in biomedical engineering. I joined the programming course and found out that coding was quite fun for me :)
I focused on computer vision, machine learning and medical image processing later in the senior year. That time was an emerging of aritifical intelligence as new computer vision models were proposed and big dataset for images was available. I was excited to learn and apply the knowledge to improve the medical applications.
